(Las Vegas, NV) - The SEMA show is the quintessential place to be
for anyone who likes, loves, or is completely obsessed with high
performance machines. Everything from super tuned sport compacts to
car crushing monster trucks will be on display, boasting the latest
and greatest products from the world's top automotive aftermarket
manufacturers.
StreetWires, the number one name in automotive wiring and wiring
accessories, will rock the show, debuting an old school truck wired
for performance with StreetWires gear.
The 1987 Toyota 4X4 pickup might be old, but it definitely isn't
tired. Complete with insane custom paint, 9-inch total lift, and
monstrous muddin' tires, this truck will climb over any little
grocery-getter that gets in its way. The truck's bed has a custom
installed audio and video system that demonstrates the abilities of
StreetWires' products. The entire truck has been upgraded with
StreetWires from power wire and RCA's to battery terminals and video
cables. Lights, gauges, batteries, a winch, and other aftermarket
accessories that require electricity, all have StreetWires feeding
the juice.
As if that weren't enough to impress even the most critical of
critics, this truck has one more trick feature. The Toyota 4X4 has
a hydraulic system to "TILT" the front of the bed up to offer a
better view of the killer new car audio products for 2005.
"This truck was the first ever vehicle sponsored by MTX Audio back
in 1989 hence the license plate "MTX TILT." I have owned it since
it was brand new and used to run a landscaping business out of it.
I have dumped more than $70,000 into it and I still want to do
more," said Mark Schleipfer, owner of the Toyota and VP of Marketing
Logistics for the Mitek Corporation. "This truck is definitely old
school, but that is where the good stuff comes from. Old school
quality with new school performance and appeal, that is what
StreetWires is all about."
The SEMA show in Las Vegas, November 2nd through the 5th is at the
Las Vegas Convention Center. Stop by and see the StreetWires Toyota
in booth #10266. If you can't make the show, stay tuned to
