(PHOENIX, AZ) - StreetWires announces that all 2006 product lines,
both new and ongoing products, will enjoy completely new packaging
that features a practical design, aesthetic appeal and space-saving
qualities. Major changes to StreetWires packaging include a space-
saving design for easier merchandising, simple tear-away feature,
easier product identification, and addition of more useful product
information.
"We have carefully considered comments and suggestions voiced by our
retailers over the last few years and created this totally new look
for 2006," said John Ivey MTX Director of Mobile Audio. "The new
package design helps maximize dealer profit while minimizing wall
space, and makes it easier for the packaging to function as
a 'silent salesperson'. All of the changes that have been made to
the packaging were carefully crafted to help retailers make a larger
profit."
Major changes to StreetWires packaging include:
- A space-saving design-- allows the product packages to fit
together in a very logical way so more product can be displayed on
the showroom floor
- Easy tear-away feature-- added to the back of most of the
product making it easily accessible without the use of sharp
objects, which ultimately saves on install time and reduces the risk
of injury
- Easy product identification-- the clear packaging was custom
designed to decrease the amount of glare from overhead lights so
that the costumer can easily view the product
- Useful product information-- printed on the back of the
majority of the products giving its unique features and benefits in
an easy-to-understand way.
All of these features help StreetWires products to become a "silent
salesperson" which increases the likelihood of a sale.
Another notable difference in the StreetWires product for 2006 is
the change in model numbers. Though many of the products are
completely new or updated from the 2005 lines, all StreetWires
product for 2006 has intuitive, easy to remember model numbers to
make the retailer's job a bit simpler.
